Amit Shah will visit to Assam tomorrow

Guwahati, July 13 (IBNS) : BJP national president Amit Shah will visit to Assam on Tuesday.

He will take stock the party activities in North East Indian states.

Assam state BJP president Siddhartha Bhattacharya said  Amit Shah will take part in a party meeting of all states of NE region held in Guwahati.

“The National President of BJP will take stock on the progress of Maha Sampark Abhiyan (Mass Contact mission) in the region and organizational preparedness ahead of assembly poll in Assam in next year,” BJP’s Assam unit president said.

“We have targeted for 25 lakh membership in Assam and achieved almost 60% so far,” Bhattacharya said.

This will be Shah’s second visit to Assam (first visit on April this year) after taking party national president charge.
