Andhra Pradesh police in search of alleged rapist of minor girl in Guntur

Guntur, May 3 (IBNS): Andhra Pradesh Police has said that search is on to nab the alleged culprit blamed of sexually assaulting a minor girl in Guntur, according to media reports on Thursday.

According to NDTV, on Wednesday, a 50-year old rickshaw-puller allegedly sexually assaulted the minor girl.

According to local reports, the attack came to light when the girl complained of pain and was taken to a doctor by her parents.

Hearing of the incident, local people raised slogans, burnt tires and also blocked a part of the highway, reports said.
