Army foils infiltration bid foiled in Kashmir's Uri, kills two infiltrators

Srinagar, Nov 5 (IBNS): At least two infiltrators were killed as army on Sunday foiled an infiltration in Uri sector of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

According to army reports, soldiers posted at Kamalkote near the Line of Control noticed some suspicious movement near the border line early on Sunday.

Reports further said, infiltrators open indiscriminate fire on army picket ensuing fierce gunfight which continued for hours.

Two infiltrators were gunned down and the search operation is still going.
