Arun Jaitley condemns Pathankot Air Force base attack

New Delhi, Jan 2 (IBNS): Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Saturday condemned the terror attack in Punjab's Pathankot Air Force base.

"Terror attack on Air Force base in Pathankot is highly condemnable. Kudos to brave soldiers for dispelling the attack & salute to martyrs," Jaitley tweeted.

Around 3.30 am, heavily armed terrorists stormed the Air Force base from back side of the premises.

So far four terrorists were killed.

Three jawans also lost their lives in the prolonged gun battle.
