Arun Jaitley returns home, feels' delighted'
New Delhi, Feb 9 (IBNS): Indian Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who failed to address the Budget Speech in the Parliament this year, has returned home.
Jaitley said he felt 'delighted' returning home.
He was reportedly in the US for medical treatment.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal presented the Union Budget in his absence.
This was the interim budget presented by the Centre ahead of the Lok Sabha polls.
