Bengal engineer goes missing in Bengaluru

Kolkata/Bengaluru, Mar 2 (IBNS): An engineer from West Bengal, who was working at a multi-national company in Bengaluru, has been untraceable since January, according to local media reports.

According to reports, a resident of Kuchiakol in Bankura district of Bengal, Arijit Banerjee, joined a well-known IT firm in Bengaluru six months ago.

His family members have claimed they have not been able to contact him since Jan 20.

However, missing complaints have been lodged at Bankura Sadar Police Station and a local police station in Bengaluru.

Bankura district police and Bangalore Police have started a probe into the matter.
