Bihar Crime: Woman stoned to death

Begusarai, Jul 6 (UNI) A woman was stoned to death at Raseedpur village under Bachhwara police station area in Begusarai district late last night.

Police said here today that some outlaws first thrashed one Usha Devi with wooden sticks and later stoned her to death. Sources said that the woman’s husband Gopal Sahni had gone to attend a marriage function when the murder took pace.

Police said the woman was admitted to a private hospital at Dalsinghsarai where she died during treatment.

The woman`s husband accused her neighbour Suresh Shah and his family members of being responsible for the murder.

The motive behind murder was yet unknown.

The body had been sent to Beusarai Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
