Chhapra, Oct 25 (IBNS): Making the issue of development his weapon, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit out at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar once again at the first of his four rallies in the state on Sunday ahead of the remaining three phases of the assembly elections here.
"Nobody wants to leave Bihar and go out for jobs. They want to stay with their families in Bihar. But in order to earn a living they have to leave Bihar. We have come here with three point agenda of power, water, infrastructure, education for youth, and health facilities for elders. People of Bihar are questioning Nitish and Lalu," Modi said.

He slammed Nitish Kumar and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad over their election rallies.

"In their election rallies - they (Nitihs Kumar, Lalu Yadav) talk just about Modi..Modi..Modi. Modi has the blessings of the people," said the PM.

He said that in these 25 years, Bihar has got no electricity and no development.

"Bihar is the only state where electricity has not reached maximum villages," said PM Modi.

He said, "If the BJP comes to power, we will form a committee to plan a resurgence for industry in Bihar."

Modi is scheduled to address 17 rallies over the next six days in Bihar starting this Sunday.

The PM's upcoming rallies will attempt in wooing voters in these areas, which will go for polls in the remaining three phases of the assembly elections in the state.
