New Delhi, Feb 3 (IBNS): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released its party's vision document for Delhi on Tuesday in the presence of its chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi promising to take the national capital on the digital path as a world class city and ensure safety for women.

The vision statement stands in for the manifesto  and Kiran Bedi, flanked by leaders like Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay and Anant Kumar, said every single person of Delhi-rich or poor- has been addressed with over 270 points. She said efforts will be made to make Delhi a city where people can save their precious time.

She said the vision of Narendra Modi will be followed.

While women safety is high on agenda, Bedi said they will make Delhi  a knowledge and skill hub and harped on good governance.

Bedi said a BJP government in Delhi will be transparent and free from any corruption.

She said the problem of water, transport and electricity will be addressed.

While the polls were scheduled on Feb 7, the BJP has a big challenger in Arvind Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).

According to  a Hindustan Times-C survey, former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is still a preferred choice for the post of chief minister with 46% support while Kiran Bedi enjoys 37% support. Congress leader Ajay Maken has 9 percent backing of people in the survey.
