Body of half naked minor girl found near a bridge in Assam’s Biswanath

Guwahati/IBNS: The body of a half naked minor girl was found near a bridge at Amaratari Klapani area in Assam’s Biswanath district on Friday morning.

Locals and the village headman suspected that, some miscreants had raped the minor girl and killed her.

According to the reports, some local villagers had noticed the body in the morning and immediately informed the village headman and police.

Later, the village headman and police had recovered the body of the minor girl.

“Some local villagers informed me that, a body of a half naked minor girl was lying near a bridge. Immediately rushed to the spot and informed police. I suspect that, miscreants had raped the girl and killed her,” the village headman said.
