New Delhi Oct 21 (IBNS):Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday condemned the burning two dalit children alive in Haryana and called the act as 'shameful'.

"Burning of 2 kids alive in Haryana is shameful for the whole country," Kejriwal tweeted.

"What is happening to India? Violence and hatred everywhere," he said.

Haryana is ruled by the BJP, which also leads the ruling coalition at the Centre.

The two children were killed on Monday after their house was set on fire allegedly by some people belonging to an upper caste.

The children's parents were also injured in the injured. The mother is now battling for life with 70 per cent burn injuries.

Local people blocked a national highway in protest against the incident. They also said the bodies will not be cremated unless those guilty are arrested.
