Civilian killed in clash with security forces in Kashmir

Srinagar, Jan 20 (IBNS) One person was killed and three others were injured on Wednesday when a group of youths clashed with security forces in Pulwama district of south Kashmir.
Reports said protests turned violent after a group of youth set ablazean  armoured police vehicle.

Men in uniform fired on the  protesting people injuring at least three persons including Pervez Ahmad Guroo.
 
Guroo was shifted to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

In another incident one militant has been killed as an operation launched by the Indian Army is underway in Naina Batpora area of Pulwama district in south Kashmir.
