Crime: Illicit liquor factory busted in UP, two held
Balrampur /UNI: Two women peddlers were arrested and 60 liters of liquor and equipment used for making it recovered from their possession in the Rehra Bazar area of this district in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday.
According to police sources here, police busted a factory making illicit liquor in the Raghunathpur village and arrested two women from the spot.
One of the accused has been identified as Shanti Khatik.
A case under the Excise Act has been registered against the duo and they have been sent to jail.
