Delhi road rage: Man beaten to death after mishap

New Delhi, Apr 6 (IBNS) A man, who was riding a motor-cycle, was beaten to death after he hit a car in Delhi's Turkman gate area on Sunday, media reports said.

The victim was identified as Shahnawaz.

The incident happened when he was returning home on his motor cycle with his two children.

A heated altercation started between Shahnawaz and occupants of a car after he hit an i-20 car.

He was beaten up by the occupants of a car , reports said.

Shahnawaz was declared dead when he was taken to a nearby hospital.

"We have registered a case of murder and investigations are on. We are examining CCTVs installed in the area to identify the assailants," a senior police official was quoted as saying by NDTV.
