Eight Maoists killed in Chhattisgarh-Telangana border
Raipur, Mar 1 (IBNS) At least eight Maoist rebels, including several women cadres of the banner outfit, were killed in an encounter with police along the border of Chhattisgarh and Telangana on Tuesday morning, said reports.
The Maoists were killed in a joint operation by the police of both states after police learnt that Maoist leader Hari Kishan was hiding there.
Several lethal weapons, including AK-47 rifles, were recovered.
