Patna, Jan 20 (IBNS): Former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad's daughter and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Misha Bharti has said that she wanted to chop off Union Minister Ram Kripal Yadav’s hands after he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), media reports said.

During a speech at a rally in Patna, Misha said she had huge respect for Ram Kripal Yadav, who used to cut chaff.

"When I heard he was joining the BJP, I felt like cutting his hands with the same chaff cutting machine."

Ram Kripal Yadav, who was a RJD loyalist and once close to Lalu Prasad, joined the BJP in 2014.

Yadav had alleged that despite remaining a hardworking worker of the party, he was denied the ticket to contest elections in 2014.

He contested against Bharti on a BJP ticket for the Patliputra Lok Sabha seat and won it in 2014.

Meanwhile his bother and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Saturday attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi at an opposition rally in West Bengal's Kolkata organised by CM Mamata Banerjee, and called him the “manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of lies”.

“Modi ji is manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of lies…he speaks one lie and give 10 more with it as gift,” Tejashwi warned the public.

He had said his father Lalu Prasad was framed by the BJP and had been paying the price for not surrendering before the “communal forces”.
