Gujarat BJP president files nomination for Bhavnagar West constituency

Ahmadabad, Nov 21 (IBNS): Gujarat BJP president Jitu Vaghani filed his nomination papers for Bhavnagar West constituency for the upcoming Gujarat Assembly polls, according to media reports on Tuesday.

"Heading to file my nomination from Bhavnagar (West) in presence of @BJP4India president Sh. @AmitShah ji. I am confident that people of Gujarat will shower their blessings on BJP," he tweeted earlier in the day.

Bharatiya janata party (BJP) president, Amit Shah, has been campaigning in Bhavnagar on Tuesday.

The 182-member Gujarat Assembly polls are scheduled for December 9 and 14.
