Had a warm conversation with Donald Trump: Modi

New Delhi, Jan 25 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said he had a 'warm conversation' with US president Donald Trump.

"Had a warm conversation with President @realDonaldTrump late last evening," Modi tweeted on the phone call with the US leader.

Modi said both of them have agreed to work closely in a bid to strengthen bilateral ties between India and the US.

"President @realDonaldTrump and I agreed to work closely in the coming days to further strengthen our bilateral ties," Modi said.

The Indian Prime Minister said he has invited Trump to visit India.

"Have also invited President Trump to visit India," he said.
