Patna, Apr 29 (IBNS): Yoga guru Baba Ramdev might face arrest as a Patna court will on Tuesday hear the three First Information Reports (FIRs) filed against him over his honeymoon remark on Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi and the Dalits.

Three FIRs have been filed  in Gorakhpur, Agra and Patna of Uttar Pradesh against him under the SC/ST Act seeking his arrest.

After Lucknow, the Election Commission (EC) on Monday also cancelled Ramdev's campaign in Himachal Pradesh for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) even as reports said he faces arrest over his honeymoon remark.

However, despite the ban, Ramdev on Monday held a press conference in Himachal Pradesh and said the Congress is misusing the EC.

Ramdev is facing arrest over his comment 'Rahul Gandhi visits Dalit homes for honeymoons and picnics'.
