Hyderabad blasts: Yasin Bhatkal, four others sentenced to death
New Delhi, Dec 19 (IBNS) An Indian court on Monday sentenced to death Indian Mujahideen co-founder founder Yasin Bhatkal and four others in connection with the twin blasts which hit Dilsukhnagar area in Hyderabad in 2013.
This is the first-ever that Indian Mujahideen terrorist was found guilty of a terror attack.
In 2010, the IM was banned as a terror group.
Altogether 18 people had died and 131 injured in twin blasts that occurred on Feb 21, 2013.
