IAF to induct first squadron of Tejas on Friday

New Delhi, June 30 (IBNS): The Indian Air Force on Friday will induct the first squadron of Made in India Light Combat Aircraft Tejas, media reports said.
State-run Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) will hand over the first two Tejas aircraft to the IAF.
 
The Indian Air Force's 45 squadron will take ownership of the first two aircraft known as "Flying Daggers".
 
According to reports, the induction ceremony will be held at the Aircraft System Testing Establishment in Bengaluru in the presence of Air Marshal Jasbir Walia, Air Officer Commanding-in Chief, Southern Air Command.
