India successfully test-fires surface to air missile

Balasore, June 30 (IBNS) India on Thursday successfully test-fired from its defence base here a surface-to-air medium range missile, developed jointly with Israel.
The missile was launched from a mobile launcher in the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur, according to DRDO, which said the launch was successful. 
  
Indian Defence Research Development Laboratory (DRDL) of DRDO in collaboration with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) manufactured the missile, said officials.
 
The launch took  place around 815 in the morning.
