Indian President conveys greetings on eve of I-Day of Honduras

New Delhi, Sept 14 (IBNS): President of India Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and the people of the Republic of Honduras on the eve of their Independence Day, which will be celebrated on Tuesday.
In his message to Juan Orlando Hernandez, the President of the Republic of Honduras, the President has said, “On behalf of the Government and the people of India and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to convey to you and to the people of the Republic of Honduras warm greetings and felicitations on the occasion of your Independence Day." 
 
"India and Honduras have a tradition of friendship and cooperation. I am confident that our relations will expand and deepen further in the years ahead. I look forward to working with you in reinforcing our warm and friendly ties."
 
"I also take this opportunity to convey my best wishes for your personal well-being and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Honduras,” he said.
