Industrialist Victor Vijayaraj joins BJP

Puducherry, Jul 7 (UNI) Industrialist Victor Vijayaraj along with his supporters numbering about 100 joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday.

At a function organized in the party office here, they joined in the presence of party State President V Saminathan MLA (Nominated).

Speaking on the occasion, BJP Vice President Embalom Selvam said that the target of the BJP is to capture power in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
The party will form the government in the two states in 2021, he claimed.


He said the party commenced the membership enrollment by giving a missed call on Saturday and on the first day itself 767 persons enrolled themselves as members.
