Is Haryana heading towards hung assembly?
Chandigarh/IBNS: In a surprising result, the state of Haryana is heading towards a hung assembly with neither incumbent Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) nor the Congress emerging as the party with clear majority.
As per latest reports, in Haryana, the BJP is ahead in 38 seats as opposed to Congress' 31.
The assembly polls in both the states were held on Monday.
However, Congress state chief Bhupinder Singh Hooda said the Congress will get the clear majority.
