Kabul: Fire hits wood market, 60 shops gutted
Kabul, Sept 18 (IBNS): Fire engulfed a wood market in Afghanistan capital Kabul on Sunday, media reports said.
The fire which hit the market in the Quwa-i-Markaz was extinguished after two hours of efforts.
One of the shopkeepers, Reza Akbari, told Pajhwok Afghan News the fire erupted during welding insidea shop.
According to report by Pajhwok Afghan News, 60 shops were gutted in the flames.
The exact cause of the fire is still not known.
No casualty has been reported so far.
