Kailash Vijayvargiya expresses concern over law and order situation in West Bengal
Vijayvargiya said the infiltration, anti national activities are increasing in the state and entry of fake notes greatly occurring through Malda district.
Highlighting the federal structure of Indian constitution, Vijayvargiya said: "Central government generally does not interfere into the law and order issues of the state but they can interfere under certain circumstances like infiltration, anti national activities and fake notes which are occurring in the state."
In reply to the concern expressed by Vijayvargiya, state minister Partha Chatterjee challenged BJP and said if they cross the jurisdiction would have to face the music.
