Kashmir: One soldier, 3 terrorists killed in J&K encounters

Jammu, Nov 27 (IBNS): One soldier and two terrorists were killed in an encounter in Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday morning, media reports said.

The gunfight started after terrorists had fired at Army, police and CRPF which were conducting a search operation in the South Kashmir district.

The encounter, which went for five hours, ended with the death of two militants who were hiding inside a house.

In another incident, one terrorist was killed in an encounter at Tral in Pulwama district.

Police said weapons have been recovered from the encounter site, report said.
