Kejriwal, Shivraj Chouhan spar on Twitter over EVM

New Delhi, May 12 (IBNS): The 'Great Indian EVM Saga' took a new turn on Friday as the Chief Ministers of Delhi and Madhya Pradesh, Arvind Kejriwal and Shivraj Singh Chouhan respectively, engaged in a mini Twitter battle.

It was Chouhan who took a swipe at the Delhi based political party and asked them to first look within the latter's own turf and set the house in order.

"AAP which has started #savedemocracy campaign should first look within & set its house in order. #EVMsNotTamperable," Chouhan, of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), tweeted.

Hitting back, the Delhi Chief Minister, who has gone at lengths and cried foul against the legitimacy of EVM's after almost every elections this year, where his party has fared dismally, said that it was the BJP who had opposed the use of the Electronic Voting Machines till 2014.

"Surprising. It was BJP who opposed EVMs till 2014. Now BJP supports EVMs?," Kejriwal tweeted.
