Moga, May 11(UNI): The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) Taksali has announced to release its election manifesto on May 13.

Party secretary general Seva Singh Sekhwan and secretary-cum-spokesperson Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad informed this here on Saturday.

The leaders said that election manifesto would stress upon the health, unemployment, drug menace and education and agriculture.

The leaders said that the SAD Taksali has decided to support the incumbent Lok Sabha member from Patiala Dharamvir Gandhi. However, the party does not agree with Gandhi's stand on opium and puppy husk cultivation, as it was his personal meter.

On questioning, Sewa Singh Sekhwan said that the third front would be established in Punjab after the general elections and that Taksali had decided to extend support Dr Gandhi as he had worked for the benefit of the people.
