Maharashtra CM expands his Cabinet
Mumbai, June 2 (IBNS) Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan on Monday expanded his Cabinet where former CM, late Vilasrao Deshmukh's son Amit Deshmukh and another Congress leader Abdul Sattar were inducted.
The Monsoon Session of the state Assembly is beginning on Monday.
Chavan on Friday met Congress president Sonia Gandhi in the national capital to discuss Legislative Council candidates.
He was accompanied by Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee president Manikrao Thakre.
