Modi calls for making Yoga a mass movement

New Delhi, June 1 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday called for making Yoga a mass movement, connecting people and strengthening the bonds of humanity.

In a post on Facebook, the Prime Minister said that the entire global community has come together in support of celebrating the first-ever International Day of Yoga, on June 21.

"Now, that strong support has also turned into immense enthusiasm. I am seeing several people and organisations across the world are working towards making the first ever International Day of Yoga a memorable event," the Prime Minister said.

In the run-up to 21st June, the Prime Minister would be sharing a post daily, covering various aspects of Yoga.
