Modi 'enjoys' himself dancing in humourous poll video, BJP takes swipe at Mamata
New Delhi/Kolkata/IBNS: Amid the serious, often toxic, political discourse, internet memes and humorous videos involving political leaders provide some comic relief to the high pitched elections in the country.
One such video was shared by one X user named Krishna.
The video, which has showcased various West Bengal politicians, features Prime Minister Narendra Modi dancing to a song from actor-Trinamool Congress (TMC) Lok Sabha candidate Dev starrer film.
Modi was seen dancing to the Le Paglu Dance song from Dev starrer 2010 Bengali film, Bolo Na Tumi Aamar.
Reacting to the video, the Prime Minister wrote, "Like all of you, I also enjoyed seeing myself dance. Such creativity in peak poll season is truly a delight!"

Citing Modi's enjoyment of the video, the Prime Minister's BJP has taken a dig at West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
After the same video featuring Mamata Banerjee went viral on social media, Kolkata Police demanded the social media user to disclose the identity.
The BJP has posted on X, "Two sides of the coin: PM finds joy in the video, while Mamata's police resort to threats and deletion over a similar tweet. @KolkataPolice grow up!"
