| @indiablooms | May 08, 2019, at 05:48 pm

New Delhi, May 8 (UNI) Claiming that the Congress promise of Nyuntam Aay Yojana (NYAY) is drawing not only young voters but also older and more experienced, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said Mr Modi's time was up and the time for change has come.

In a post on social media, Gandhi said,' Across India, it’s not just young people who are coming out in large numbers to vote for NYAY; older more experienced voters too have understood how powerful the idea is.

Modi Ji, your time is up. The time for change has come. AbHogaNYAY.'

Under the NYAY scheme, which promises to provide Rs 72000 per annum in the bank accounts of poorest 20 per cent families of the country if the Congress cones to power at the Centre, is the highlight of the Congress manifesto for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
