Mumbai/UNI: The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted anticipatory bail to suspended Deputy Inspector-General of Police (Motor Transport Dept) Nishikar More in a molestation case.

The top brass cop is accused of molesting a minor girl during her birthday party on June 5 last year.

While granting bail, Justice Parkash Naik directed the accused to furnish a surety of Rs 25,000.

He shall attend the local Taloja Police Station everyday between January 29-31, he said.

Earlier, a Raigad Court rejected the DIG’s plea for anticipatory bail following which he moved the High Court .
