Mulayam Singh Yadav hospitalised

Lucknow, Mar 7(IBNS) Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav was admitted to a hospital in Gurgaon late night on Friday after he complained of uneasiness and breathing problem.

The 75-year-old former Uttar Pradesh chief minister has been advised rest and there is no need to panic, Samajwadi Party Spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said on Saturday.

"He is being examined in Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon under the supervision of Dr Naresh Trehan", he said.

"He  has been advised three days rest by the doctors and there is no need to panic with regard to his health", Chaudhary said.

Earlier this week, Yadav was admitted to the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI) for a day for undergoing several medical tests.
