New Delhi, Feb 8 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday came out to attack former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and said he never had a blot on his image despite so many scams occuring during his tenure.

Attacking the former PM, who had served the nation from 2004-2014, Modi said: "Bathing with a raincoat on is a skill only he knows."

Modi said :"During the time,  when so many scams occurred, not even a blot over his image could be seen. Congress leaders should learn from him."

Modi made the remarks while giving reply to the Motion of Thanks on President's address in the Rajya Sabha in a short while.
