Narendra Modi reaches Odisha to attend BJP's national executive

Bhubaneswar, Apr 15 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday reached Odisha's Bhubaneswar city to attend the BJP's national executive.

The national executive of the party commenced in the city from Saturday.

Modi said he received memorable welcome on his arrival in the city.

The Prime Minister tweeted: "Landed in Odisha to a memorable welcome. Gratitude to the people for the warmth and enthusiasm."

Odisha will elect a new assembly in 2019, the same year when the country will host the Lok Sabha elections.

On Friday, when BJP president Amit Shah arrived in Bhubaneshwar, he was welcomed by party workers with a garland of lotuses, the party symbol.
