Nashik: One girl killed, six children injured in cylinder blast

Nashik/UNI: A 15-year-old girl was killed while six children injured in a gas cylinder explosion at Ghodgaon village in Malegaon taluka of the district on Monday.

For 'Gulabnabi baba yatra' on Monday in Khadakwadi area of Ghodgaon area of the Malegaon taluka, several shop were setup for children.

In a bubble shop, a gas cylinder exploded, killing one Sonali Subhash Gangurde (15) on the spot. The six other injured children were being treated in Dhule civil hospital.

In this mishap, the bubbles vendor was also injured.

A case was registered and further investigation was on, they added.
