Lucknow, May 15 (IBNS): Veteran Congress leader and former Uttarakhand Chief Minister N D Tiwari on Wednesday married Ujjwala Sharma, media reports said on Thursday.

Sharma is the mother of his biological son Rohit Shekhar.

Sharma had earlier staged a dharna in front of the Congress leader's house here in protest against not being allowed to live with him, reports said.

Marking an end to a six-year-long legal battle, Tiwari in March accepted Rohit Shekhar as his son.
