Srinagar, July 31 (IBNS): After calling the elder son, National Investigation Agency (NIA) summoned Syed Ali Shah Geelani’s younger son Naseem on terror financing charges and has been asked to appear on Wednesday, media reports said.

Naseem was called to appear before the NIA headquarters in New Delhi.

Earlier, Geelani's elder-son was asked to appear before NIA on Monday but he has been hospitalised following a complaint of chest pain.

Apart from Naseem and his brother, Geelani's son-in-law Altaf Shah was also arrested as a crackdown on the separatists earlier.

As the stepped up crackdown on Kashmiri separatists continued, the Enforcement Directorate on last Tuesday arrested prominent Hurriyat leader Shabir Shah in connection with an old money laundering case

The National Security Agency had earlier arrested seven separatists on terror financing charges.

Among the seven are Syed Ali Shah Geelani's son-in-law Altaf Shah, and three key aides, Ayaz Akbar, Me'raj Kalwal and Bashir Ahmad Bhat.
