Nitish Kumar condoles death of former MP chief minister Kailash Joshi

Patna/UNI: Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today expressed his deep sorrow over the death of former Madhya Pradesh chief minister and senior BJP leader Kailash Joshi.

Kumar in his condolence message said that Joshi was a popular politician and renowned social worker. He said Joshi contributed immensely to the growth of Madhya Pradesh.

“Mr Joshi`s death caused not only irreparable loss to political and social fields of Madhya Pradesh but also those of the entire country,” Kumar remarked.


Chief Minister prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul but also for adequate strength to his family members and admirers to withstand the loss.

As it is,  Joshi died at a private hospital in Bhopal today. His last rites would be performed at Hatpipalia in Devas district tomorrow.

Joshi was suffering from the protracted illness and he was being treated at Bansal Hospital in Bhopal. He was 91.
