Nitish Kumar’s return to NDA ‘possible’, predicts top Bihar BJP leader

Patna, Feb 7 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): After Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) chief Jitan Ram Manjhi, a senior BJP leader has predicted return of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to the NDA.

“There is no permanent friend and foe in politics and hence the return of Nitish Kumar to the NDA is also possible,” state BJP vice-president Lal Babu Prasad told the media on Tuesday.

He predicted a massive change in Bihar politics after the UP assembly elections.

He said filling colours in the lotus sketch reflects the “inner feelings” of the Bihar Chief Minister.

On Monday, former Bihar Chief Minister  Manjhi had reiterated that his successor Kumar would very soon join NDA.

“Nitish Kumar’s move to support demonetization drive of the Narendra Modi and then pulling out from the UP elections to help the BJP make it amply clear that he will be joining the NDA very soon,” was how Manjhi said.
