Nitish punished for his disloyalty, Modi has given him right medicine: Lalu Prasad

Patna, Sept 3 (TheBiharPost/IBNS): RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Sunday said that Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar was punished by the BJP for his “disloyalty” but this is only the beginning.

“The BJP showed him the thumb. Let aside anyone from the JD-U getting inducted in Modi cabinet, even invitation was not served to them to attend the swearing-in ceremony. He only deserved that,” the RJD chief told media on Sunday.

He said the chief minister was punished for his “unfaithful” character.

He said the JD-U people were jumping like frogs hoping to get invitations to join the Modi Cabinet but didn’t get even invitation.

Prasad expressed shock at the way Kumar was “maltreated” adding “Bhari durgati aabhi baki hai (More such humiliation are to follow soon)”.

“He was administered the right medicine by the Narendra Modi. He only deserved that,” Prasad said adding that he quit the Grand Alliance despite his repeated advice.

“His chapter is now closed,” he predicted.
