No possibility of mid-term poll in Karnataka: Yediyurappa

| @indiablooms | Nov 26, 2019, at 04:55 pm

Mysuru/UNI: Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa on Tuesday expressed confident that BJP would sweep the upcoming 15 Assembly seats and that would put an end to all talks around mid-term polls in the state.

Speaking to newsmen at the airport here, he said, "The government is stable and will complete the remaining term of three-and-a-half years and senior Congress leader Mr Siddaramiah will remain as opposition leader during this period".

“The media did not believe me when I said this party will win 25 seats in the last Lok Sabha election. They realised it only after the results. The same will happen even in the case of bypolls to 15 seats,” Mr Yediyurappa claimed.
