Islamabad, Mar 8 (IBNS) British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond on Tuesday said Jammu and Kashmir issue should not be set as a pre condition for the resumption of dialogue between India and Pakistan.

He said non-state actors should not be provided space to derail peace process between the two neighbouring nation.

"I must appreciate the beginning of investigation by Pakistan into the Pathankot attack," Hammond was quoted as saying by Dawn News as saying during a joint press conference with Sartaj Aziz in Islamabad.

"Terrorism in Pakistan and Afghanistan is a mutual problem which needs to be tackled jointly," he said.
