Odisha extends anti-Coronavirus lockdown till Apr 30

Bhubaneswar/IBNS: Prioritizing people's lives ahead of the disarrayed state's economy, Odisha has extended the lockdown, which was called to stem the spread of COVID-19, in all its districts till Apr 30.

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said as quoted by News 18, "The State Cabinet which met today decided that saving the lives of our people is the top most priority at this juncture.

Accordingly we have decided to extend the lockdown till April 30. We will recommend to government of India to extend the national lockdown up to April 30."
