Our FDI inflows have risen since our Government took office: Narendra Modi

Mumbai, Dec 13 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said India has witnessed an increase in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows have risen since his government came to power in 2014.

"India is perhaps the most open country for FDI. Our FDI inflows have risen since our Government took office," Modi said at the Make in India event here.

He said the 'Make in India' initiative has become a  big brand both within and outside India.

"Please see for yourself the direction India is taking. Make in India has become a big brand both within and outside India," Modi said.

He said: "Want to make India a global manufacturing hub."
