PM Modi greets Goa on its statehood day
New Delhi, May 30 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday, greeted the citizens of Goa, on their statehood day.
"On Goa Statehood Day my best wishes to the people of Goa. May the state scale new heights of progress in the years to come," the Prime Minister tweeted.
Goa, one among India's present 29 states, achieved full statehood on May 30,1987.
