PM Modi greets nation on World Health Day

New Delhi, Apr 7 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday greeted the nation on the occasion of World Health Day.

"On #WorldHealthDay, I pray that you are blessed with wonderful health, which gives you the opportunity to pursue your dreams & excel," the Prime Minister's tweet read.

Stating his cabinet's role, PM Modi said, "When it comes to healthcare, our Government is leaving no stone unturned to provide quality healthcare that is accessible & affordable."

"Recently, the Cabinet approved the National Health Policy, which is extensive, comprehensive & citizen friendly," an ensuing tweet read.

The theme for this year's World Health Day is depression.
